Here at Digg, we try our best to cover the most important and confounding memes that come across the timeline. But the web is littered with tons of great memes that never quite hit the mainstream and instead just bounce around the weird corners of Twitter or Reddit. Enter our recurring feature, Memes, Ranked.

This week, we've got reactions to Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan, people's non-human crushes and creative applications of an instantly iconic "Drag Race" quote.

3. Timothée Chalamet as Bob Dylan

The Meme

James Mangold, who has been on a hot streak of directing very good action movies in recent years, is doing a musical biopic drama for his next project. "A Complete Unknown" is an upcoming film he's co-written about Bob Dylan's switch from his patented folky acoustic and harmonica around his neck to the electric guitar. The depiction of this pivotal moment in '60s rock history will have Timothée Chalamet playing Bob Dylan, and the first set photo is out!

And... it just looks like Tim dressed as Bob for Halloween. Based on online reactions, most people are quite disappointed so far. (Also, Boyd Holbrook is apparently going to be Johnny Cash in the movie? Imagine the reactions to THAT leaked set photo.)

2. 'Hear me out'

The Meme

Last month, a KPop fan shared a prompt on X about unlikely crushes using the phrase "hear me out," which has bounced around the internet for a while now. The post certainly did numbers on its original platform, but it has now made its way over to TikTok — where it has become even more unhinged, as many people share outrageous fictional characters instead of, ya know, real people.

1. 'Mama, kudos for saying that'

The Meme

"RuPaul's Drag Race" sparked a meme this week — it's not the first time the show has done so, and it certainly won't be the last. This one, though, is based on an exchange between Q, Plane Jane and other season 16 contestants, in which Q disclosed that they were HIV-positive.

After Q had finished sharing their story, Plane Jane responded with: "Mama, kudos for saying that. For spilling."

It's a touching moment, for sure, but people found Plane Jane's somewhat unserious reply to such an emotional outpouring very funny — and began placing those immortal words over other heartfelt or pivotal moments from movies and TV.

And if you're hungry for more memes, here's the last edition of "The Week's Best Memes,", which featured jokes about the 2024 Oscars, reactions to the potential US TikTok ban and the latest in a conspiracy about the British royal family.
